Boutique iOS DJ app DJ Player Pro has just been released in a “completely redesigned” version, this time boasting two views (“classic” and “modern”) and a host of new features, and calling itself the “Formula 1 car” of iOS DJ software.
The developer majors on it being the only DJ software developed completely in-house without external components, leading to “better performance, better responsiveness and cleaner sound than any other DJ software”.
Written specially for iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, the latest version of the software claims the best sound quality, best responsiveness, lowest latency and smoothest graphics on the platform.
It also pushes on flexibility, working standalone, or in any combination of the touchscreen, external mixers, Midi controllers, sound cards and vinyl (DVS). It even supports the Stems format, and offers a proprietary cloud system for data sync across devices.
Download is free, although to unlock the most desirable features, it costs $1.67/month on subscription, or a frankly massive for iOS one-off payment of $89.99.
Download for free on the App Store here (in-app purchases).
