Hot off the heels of the Numark NV comes the Numark NS7III, the latest iteration in the NS7 series of motorised platter controllers. It’s on show here at NAMM 2015, and the biggest new feature here is the addition of three onboard displays at the top of the unit: The ones on either side of the unit show you track information and waveforms, while the middle display is for browsing through your library and, crucially for longtime Serato users, the ability to show up to four stacked waveforms within Serato DJ.
We’ve also learned that these screens will be sold as a separate accessory later on this year, which is great news for existing Numark NS7II users who want to have onboard display capabilities.
